Coaching is offered in groups of three sessions.  Since Sandy and her Guides are astrologers, your astrology chart is used as a resource.  Your natal chart holds the secrets to all of your potentials, and with Sandy's help you can unlock the best of them!  Sandy's assistant will get your birth information from you when you schedule your first session.  During your coaching sessions the focus will be entirely on you, helping you to get to the core issues surrounding whatever your situation is right now.  After just the first session you will feel lighter, more focused, more in control.  You will have a plan.  You will set it yourself, along with whatever accountability markers you feel you need.  That's another thing that makes this coaching program so successful.  You will be able to see and measure your growth!  Sessions can be booked at your discretion.  Sandy recommends that you let the experience of the first session 'settle in' before booking your second session, and do the same with the third.  Each session will build on the last.   Some clients want to come back weekly, others monthly, others bi-monthly.  It's up to you to set your schedule.  Some clients benefit so much from the experience that they go on to book more coaching packages.  That will be up to you.
