An Overview of the October 2024 Transits and How They Will Affect You:

     If you haven’t checked out my editorial videoblog for this month, do that now to see what I had to say about this month’s eclipse in Libra!  The transiting Sun sits right on our midheaven in the chart for the 2024; it’s clear events this month are important for our future direction personally and universally.  We’re charting our life-course direction right now!  Pluto, at its station, is at its most powerful point. It’s returned to where it was when we began the year. We’re getting an ‘instant replay’ on a lot of things that need correction. Pluto turns direct in Capricorn on the 11^th or 12^th, depending upon what part of the world you live in, and enters Aquarius just before Thanksgiving in the US. How appropriate is that!  Jupiter retrogrades on the 21^st and will remain in Gemini expanding our horizons regarding all forms of communication through June, 2025. Mars is in Cancer through November 5th and will continue to create unrest and financial crises, especially here in the US, which is a Cancer country. The north node of the moon is in Aries through the remainer of this year and most of 2025.  Aries is the home-house in the 2024-year chart, so that will certainly create a call to action on the home front for all of us. It’s evidently time to become fully self-responsible. The south node is in the 10^th house in Libra, leading to many opportunities for collaboration and support from others both at home and in the greater world.  What a month this October, 2024 will be!
          

Now Here’s a look at what’s going on for each Sun Sign for October, 2024:

Aries – October will be an emotional month for you, Aries, filled with health concerns for a family member as well as a friend or colleague.  Expect a lot of hard work, but also a lot of support from close friends and family.  Stay away from addictive substances and people with addictions. You need mental clarity. There is travel all around you. That could involve commuting long distances, or travel that’s career related.  Your ability to work well with others this month will lead to both personal and career opportunities. 

Taurus – Financial ups and downs concern you this month, Taurus.  You may find yourself at odds with your significant other or a business partner regarding spending.  It’s important to be a team.  If you have children pay attention as things are going on that they may not be telling you about but need help with.  Likewise, before taking on any responsibilities yourself, be sure you fully understand the situation. Trust your inner guidance.  This can be a very lucky month for you, especially in your relationships.

Gemini – It’s advisable to watch your weight while Jupiter moves through Gemini, until June 2025.  Travel during that time period can be very good for you.  You should also experience good luck in many areas of your life.  If you have children, you’ll soon have good reason to be proud of them.  Creativity is high; it’s a good time to have a baby! It’s also a good time to embark on at-home project that will bring satisfaction.  Expect your mate or partner may be experiencing a lot of pressure right now, needing your support.

Cancer – You may be experiencing difficulties of all kinds this month, Cancer, as Mars passes through your Sun Sign.  This transit won’t end until February.  Don’t procrastinate, just work on whatever comes up, and you’ll do fine.  Others may find your short tempered though.  If one thing you are working through gets blocked, just move to another issue that also needs help.  Go back to the original problem at a later time.  Keep doing that and you’ll accomplish a lot and be successful.

Leo – Open lines of communication with friends, siblings and colleagues is important, Leo.  Past connections are reappearing.  Something you’ve been working on for a long time is coming to fruition.  Emotionally your focus is on your finances and your various ways to produce income that are now expanding.  Your finances are stable but you don’t feel ‘in-charge’.  You’ll find a way to rectify that.  Creativity is the key. A child or childlike person will take a great amount of time and energy this month.

Virgo – Another uncomfortable and very emotional month lies ahead, Virgo.  But you are doing well getting your finances in order, and creating a good, solid partnership and drawing on old talents and abilities for financial stability.  A significant other or a partner has taken actions you are only now discovering but need to help with.  Be sure you know where to draw the line. There are unsolvable problems you can help but not fix.  A balancing act is required.

Libra – Happy Birthday Libra! This is a month for social activities, and reconnecting with people from your past.  New growth for you may come through a partner or friend.  It’s difficult to get things done because you are doing too many things at once.  Organize and separate, work on one thing at a time and you’ll do better. Expect to find yourself balancing someone else’s conflicting issues as well as your own. Pay attention to health; symptoms shouldn’t be ignored and can expose important problems.

Scorpio – This month will be filled with enjoyable people and things. You may be on a seesaw in your primary relationship as your mate or partner moves through changes. Hidden things are being uncovered and it’s lucky for you! Finances are on the upswing and come from multiple sources. Expect some conflicts and delays with travel, internet, international connections, and family and friends who live a long way from you. Health matters for you and your loved ones are improving.  Record your precognitive dreams!

Sagittarius – Health for an older person is going through radical changes.  You can only offer moral support and guidance if it’s asked for. The past resurfaces happily in friendships.  Be ready for changes.  Responsibility is shifting.  Decisions must be made.  Foot, back, and nerve related issues may cause health problems for you.  Budget your time, money and your energy carefully. Finances are volatile, going through radical ups and downs.  Expect difficulties if you’re involved in estates and wills.

Capricorn – Your strong will has carried you through crisis after crise, and you’re still going strong!  Pluto, still in your sun-sign, goes direct on October 12^th.  You’re going to feel a new surge of energy that will give you a lift.  There is a transiting grand trine in the water signs that’s going to feel like a battery pack to you. Conflicts between career and family obligations will be easily resolved. New clarity, especially involving finances, will be yours. It will be easy to see and discern the right choices.

Aquarius – This next few years will bring major, sweeping changes into your life.  Between January and April of 2024 you got a first look at what’s coming.  After October 12^th you’ll be moving back into a continuation of that time period, picking up where you left off in April. Make the right choices now.  If you are willing to be flexible you can live the life you want to live.  Are you sure you know what you want? Now is the time to think it through.  Be ready for change.  Consider all your options – there are hidden ones.

Pisces – It may feel like a light bulb has lit up in your head, illuminating what you want in life, and how to make it happen. If you are keeping things about yourself and your life from your significant other or partner; it’s time to be honest, with yourself and with them.  Share before they are exposed.  Likewise, trust your own intuition about the people and things that are important to you.  Finances look good, but you are trapped by that which you have created.  That changes when you decide which direction you want to go.
