Editorial video-blog for March 2022

Hello Everyone,
    
This March feels special to me.  They say that March comes in ‘like a lion’ and goes out ‘like a lamb’.  I think that is exactly what we are all going to experience this month, and in many ways, not just the weather.  We are, it seems, in the midst of major change in our world.
    
When we began the 2022 year, the planet Mars was in opposition to Uranus, which I always identify as an accident-prone aspect in an individual’s astrology chart, but in the world, it also has a way of bringing about sudden changes and surprises, upheavals, and occasionally wars and stand-off’s.  Note that the opposition aspect can be understood as a literal tug-of-war.  Mars is energy and action, and Uranus is revolution and change, but also opportunity.  So, you can see that this aspect that overshadows the entire 2022 year is indeed bringing about all those things.
    

Now, when the month of March begins, Mars will have moved from that opposing aspect to a trine aspect.  The means that Mars and Uranus will still be in aspect, but they’ll be in the same element, so, they’ll begin to work together instead of in opposition.  Mars will be in Capricorn, an earth sign, where it will energize and stimulate those in power (and that reference could extend from the head of your family all the way to the President of the US) to make quick, sudden and sweeping changes to your very foundations since Uranus is in Taurus, and Taurus is an earth sign that creates solid, lasting, and deep-rooted foundations.
    
It’s also noteworthy that Pluto is in Capricorn too, with Mars, and Pluto rules power, manipulation, control and transformation.  Incidentally, the United States, and many other nations that underwent revolutions or were first formed in or around the year 1776, are having a first Pluto return right now.  That means that the planet in charge of the power structures in our world is getting ready for an upgrade.  The reasons for the initial formation of the nations, corporations, financial systems, religions, and more, are being revisited and, perhaps, revised or reinforced.
    
I hope I haven’t overwhelmed you with the astrological stuff that is going on right now, but I wanted you to realize how important it is, and to remind you that we are living in ‘very interesting’ times'.  Times like this present a world of opportunity!
    
March is going to be a month of change.  During my own life, I have lived through many personal changes.  All involved loss.  Also, all involved major growth and often opportunities I’d never dreamed could be mine.  The secrets to making your changes positive ones is to hold onto your dreams, to expect the best, to avoid negativity and negative people, and to go with the flow, finding the path of least resistance.
    
I think all of us are ready for some changes in our lives, and this will be a great month to make them.  A storm is coming, but by the end of the month we should be in calm waters, organizing and planning the lives we want to live.
    
Yes, this March is going to be a special month, for sure.  Let’s use this amazing energy to catapult ourselves forward, in the best of ways.
