Psychic Development Tip #35 Your Higher Self

 

This psychic development tip is a bit unlike my usual tips, but will probably serve you better than most, and for many, many years to come you’ll be glad you learned it.

You’ve heard me talking for years now about mankind (that’s all of us, folks) moving to a higher vibrational level, meaning, of course, that we are all evolving very quickly right now.  But not quickly enough.

A lot of the turmoil and strife on our planet at the moment is due to this change in vibration.  It feels like everyone is going in a different direction while running a race.  Chaos has ensued.  You should be asking yourself, is there a way that I can change my own vibration more swiftly?  Is there a way that I can make my own journey, and that of my loved ones, as we find our way through this planet-wide chaos, easier and less painful?

There certainly is.  If you’ve been asking yourself this question, give yourself a big pat on the back, because that tells me that you are already ‘hearing’ the inner voice of your own Higher Self.

The answer is to strengthen the connection to your Higher Self.  Once you’ve done that, you will see our world and all of its pitfalls and sudden changes and even scary events, through different eyes.  Things will slow down.  You will gain a higher perspective, and be able to make clearer and more successful choices as you move forward with your life.  Your psychic senses will all awaken.  The chaos, sudden shifts and changes, and formerly fearful occurrences will become distant ‘noise’ that no longer affects you as your path, seen clearly now, leads you further and further from it.

So how do you strengthen your Higher Self connection?  That is, how do you strengthen your connection to that part of yourself that is already vibrating at a higher level, just waiting for you to join it?

There are many tools you need to explore if this is to be the next step in your journey towards becoming.   First among these is meditation and prayer.  There are many forms of meditation, from sitting Yogic-style meditation to moving meditations such as Tai Chi Ch’uan or long distance running or various other martial arts.  Keep trying different forms until you find one that works for you, that calms your mind.  Next, look for other tools to calm your mind and balance the hemispheres of your brain.  Hemi-sync audio recordings that you will find at The Monroe Institute of Applied Sciences, at Centerpoint, or in the ‘Brainwaves’ app all do this through sound.  You may also find many sources for these on YouTube. Alternate nostril breathing also balances the brain.  Drawing or writing with alternating or both hands is another way to achieve whole-brain thinking.  Studying my Kabbala Pathworking, a series of guided meditations set to music that uses the Kabbala as a pathway to higher consciousness is still another method of raising your vibration and clearing away conflicting lower vibrations.

Whole brain thinking, where the two hemispheres of the brain are in balance, aligns your chakras so that your connection to your Higher Self can be clearly made.

Explore as many of these tools as you can.  All will raise your consciousness, expand your awareness, and help you to develop your psychic skills and abilities beyond what you ever thought was possible.
