Psychic Development Tip #2 - Journaling

One of the best ways to enhance and speed your Psychic Development is by journaling.  We are all psychic.  But most of us are so used to just looking at something as ‘luck’ when we are in the right place at the right time to get a special reward, or a coincidence when a friend calls us at exactly the time we are getting ready to call them.  I call those things ‘psychic do-goods’.

In my psychic development classes I always have my students start a ‘psychic do-good’ book.  That’s a journal where they record all of the things that happen to them daily that might be psychic.  Your journal might be filled with simple things like you and your best friend both showing up at a party wearing red, or with pretty serious things like you had an urge for a soda and stopped at a convenience store and found out later that if you hadn’t stopped you’d have been involved in a terrible car accident.

The part of you that is communicating these psychic experiences to you initially doesn’t know the difference between the simple one versus the life-saving experience.  But when you react emotionally, your emotions send a bolt of energy that tells your Higher Self and unconscious mind, that one is really important.  Both of these experiences are obviously psychic experiences, and of course they cause us to do some deep thinking regarding how it all works.  But for now, the important thing is to record them because that is in a sense telling someone.  When you write them down you give them merit.  Your Higher Self and your unconscious mind that helps you connect to that higher part of you gets a pat on the back every time you write one of these experiences down.  And that recognition is encouragement to give you still more and more psychic experiences.

Journaling is such a simple, everyday kind of tool.  It’s so easy to overlook it’s importance.  It’s so easy to say you’re going to start a journal for Psychic Do-Goods and then not write them down when you start having them because you tell yourself you’ll remember them.  And maybe you will.  But if you don’t write them down, you aren’t giving that part of yourself that needs the feedback that pat on the back.  When you start writing them down you start getting them more frequently.  They go from the simple little things to bigger, more important ones.  Before long, you begin to uncover all kinds of psychic abilities you didn’t even know you had - just by recording your Psychic Do-Goods!

Why not take a moment now, and start a list of at least three Psychic Do-goods you can remember having?  Try to record at least 3 more each day for a week.  If you have more than 3 each day go ahead and record all of them.  At the end of the week, see how many more you are now having each day than you had at the beginning of the week.  You’re going to amaze yourself.  This works!
