Psychic Development Tip #32 - Following Your Feelings

 
This psychic development tip is one of the most important I will ever share with you.  It is about paying attention to, and following, your feelings.  They will never mislead you.
 
I am not talking about the feelings you feel with your heart, although to some it may at first feel like that.  I am not talking about the feelings you feel with your body, although, again, for some it may start like that.  I am talking about paying attention to and following your gut feelings.
 
Let me give you an example.  Let’s create a girl and call her Sarah.  Sarah, like you, is just learning to identify and follow that gut feeling that tells her what is always right for her.  Sarah is doing a job she doesn’t like and doesn’t feel she is paid enough for, but the thought of moving to a new job, leaving her friends behind, and hunting for a new one, is keeping her in this job.  Every morning when Sarah gets ready to go to work she begins to feel a sort of ‘inner resistance’.  
 
Here are some of the ways this resistance show may show itself.
 
Firstly, she may find herself procrastinating and hence being late every day.  She may forget things at home and have to go back a time or two before she can really head to work.  She may get lost along the way or miss her turn off on the road.  So you see, firstly, Sarah’s inner self is trying to keep her away from the job she hates.  It is listening to her.
 
Next, she may find her energy dropping as she prepares for work.  Perhaps she woke up in a good mood, ready to have a great day, but as the time approaches to head for work, she feels depressed, maybe a little anxious, and she begins to complain about anything and everything around her.  She is becoming more and more negative as her work day approaches.  This is Sarah’s heart talking to her.  It’s telling her what she already knows with her mind.  She doesn’t like this job.  But Sarah’s mind tells her that it already knows that and she must keep the job as it pays the bills.  So she ignores her heart that is trying for all it’s worth to give her good directions.
 
Eventually, if this keeps up, Sarah begins to develop things like headaches, twitches, or somewhat debilitating medical conditions even though she is a healthy person.  At this stage her actual body is trying to tell her it’s time to leave.  If she doesn’t pay attention to her ‘feelings’ at this point - she may get really sick.
 
Many people are so out of touch with their gut feelings, or are in such denial of them, that they spend many, many years in life situations that are bad for them.  As you learn to listen to your heart and your body, you will gradually get to the core feelings that are actually your psychic, ‘gut’ feelings.  
 
The more you pay attention to your intuitive gut feelings, the better and better your life will become.  Those very same feelings that can help you identify and get out of bad situations, can help you to avoid them all-together, and can even help you identify and move into really great situations.
