As a woman, a daughter, and a wife, who is also a teacher and a psychic, Father’s Day holds a special place in my heart. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the important role that fathers play in all of our lives, and to recognize the many sacrifices they make for their families and loved ones.

     I believe it’s important to recognize the deep responsibility that comes with being a father. Fathers are not only providers and protectors; they also have a significant role in shaping their children’s character and values.  They have the responsibility to guide their children and provide them with a sense of direction and purpose, including a strong moral compass.  Fathers are among our most important role models.

     I often think of my own Dad, and how without him in my life I would have grown to be a very different person, and many of my achievements in life would never have happened.

I love this month. Not only has Spring fully arrived for us here in the Northern Hemisphere, but amidst the warming weather and explosions of flowering color as mother nature wakes up from her winter slumber, we get to return fully to our favorite outdoor pursuits.  Of course, along the way we celebrate May Day, sometimes known as Beltane, which celebrates the oncoming of Summer and the fertility of the earth, and Mother’s Day, which, as a nurturer, I hold near and dear to my heart.  There is a nurturer, a ‘mother’ in all of us, and most of us have experienced some very special nurturing from some very special people in our lives – Mother’s Day is a great time to let those people know just how special they are.

     On March 24^th Pluto moves into Aquarius.  In astrology, Pluto represents many things.  Power, control, manipulation, transformation, and death are often associated with it; but perhaps the most important thing about it is that it represents the mass consciousness of the people. 

     Pluto has been in the sign Capricorn since January of 2008.  It’s very slow moving and will move back and forth between the signs Capricorn and Aquarius between March 24^th of 2023 and November 20^th of 2024, before finally remaining in Aquarius, where it will stay until March of 2043.

     My friends, please make yourself a journal of events, dreams, and desires that you experience in your life between when Pluto first moves into Aquarius on the 24^th, and June 2^nd , when it first retrogrades back towards Capricorn.

As we move into this bright new year together, there is so much positive energy being generated by people’s desire to help one another.  It’s truly a beautiful thing to see, and to be a part of.  All this giving has got me thinking.  Let me share some of my thoughts with you.

Being in Florida where we are still recovering from Hurricane Ian that came through last September, I daily see acts of generosity that are amazing.  I’ve seen people donate time, energy, food, money, even share their homes with others who are in need.  A friend of mine shared how a group of 80-year-olds in her development were helping collect debris for the entire neighborhood. Acts of selflessness like that have become commonplace here.

But I’ve noticed something interesting that is what I want to share with you.

This October promises to be a month to remember.  Firstly, the solar eclipse that marks the final days of 2022 and heralds the incoming 2023 year is on October 25^th.  That eclipse is in Scorpio, and so deserves special attention from all of the fixed signed people in the zodiac.  If you are a Scorpio, a Taurus, a Leo, or an Aquarius you are a fixed sign.  Of course, all of us non-fixed people will also be affected by this eclipse, although perhaps not as intensely.

I advise everyone to keep a journal from October 11^th through November 22^nd.  Record your emotions, dreams, conversations, and events that transpire that are out of the norm for you.  Things that stand out in your mind, for whatever reason, should be added to your journal.  Do that for the people around you whose life choices could affect your own too.  If you do that, you will be getting a good look at things that will be coming into your life for the next six...

As I began my editorial this month it was my intention to talk about the Fall Equinox, and why it is so important, especially this year.  There will be a dark moon on September 23^rd, and Mercury, planet of communication, will be exactly conjunct the Sun.  This will be accompanied by a grand trine in the earth signs with Uranus, planet of technology and higher communications in the solar house of higher communication.  It also happens to be conjunct the north node, opening the door to spiritual growth as well as technological expansion.  So, of course, my Guides suggested it’s more important, right now, to talk about what’s happening with communication than to talk about the Fall Equinox.  Who knows, it may be one and the same.

This month my editorial is about pathways, passages and choices.

As most of you are aware right now, our entire world is in a state of change unlike anything we’ve seen since most of us have been alive.  If you listen to the mass media and most of the social networks, the sky is falling, most of us will die or at least have our lives destroyed, and it will be a miracle if we don’t starve.  I choose not to listen to the mass media, and rarely engage on the social networks unless I see something uplifting and heartfelt.  I choose to listen to my Higher Self, to my Guides, and to my inner intuitive guidance instead.  That has never let me down.  I seek to support the forces of good as I seek direction from my inner wisdom.
