As you all know, I cancelled my annual Psychic Cruise last January.

At the time, I had no idea why I 'needed' to cancel it, only that I had inner pressure that said, "It is not a good thing to go on this cruise at this time".

It felt a sort of inner resistance. A tendency towards negativity about it that didn't make sense. We were scheduled to visit some ports I'd never been to before and really wanted to see. When I pushed myself to look at those destinations online I just couldn't get excited about them. I kept feeling like I just didn't want to leave home.

I'd even been dragging my feet about scheduIing events for our psychic group while on the cruise, something I love to do. I told myself I was just too busy to get to it...but even when I made time and sat down with the things I needed to create the onboard itinerary my mind turned to soup. I couldn't focus. I kept putting the cruise out of my mind. I just didn't want to think about it.

One of the most fun psychic skills to develop is telepathy, and it's easy to do! Telepathy involves both sending thoughts and receiving thoughts, and believe it or not, they are very different skills! Most people, whether they know it or not, are naturally very good receivers. We are all also capable of sending thoughts, but that seems to be a bit harder to do, consciously at least.

Most people are totally unconscious of their innate telepathic ability, although we all use it all the time! I love to watch people unconsciously sending and receiving thoughts as they interract, already using psychic skills they don't even know they possess! You may find that your resources are being spread a bit thin. Look carefully at what is most required in your life and prioritize your application of them. This will help some of the less pertinent tasks and obligations to be put on the sidelines...

Hello Everyone,

I was thinking earlier, just what was it that got me started? What was it that shifted my professional life from Safety Engineer to Professional Psychic? The answer that came to me was simple. It was my destiny grown out of other people's desire. "What desire, you ask?" A desire we all have.

The desire to know the future.

That is why people have come to me for psychic readings and coaching for nearly 40 years. That is why students came to me asking to learn how to do what I do in the 1970's. That is the reason that tarot was the first class I ever taught in my small apartment in North Babylon, N.Y. That is the reason the initial classes that became the Anastasi System of Psychic Development launched in 1979.

We all have, it seems, a thirst for foreknowledge. Some of us just want to benefit from it. Others want to learn how to do it.

Psychic Development Tip #7 - Divination

I encourage my psychic development students to learn some form of divination to augment their psychic development. Many psychic development teachers only teach psychic development itself, and don't include learning to use tools such as a pendulum or psychometry or tarot cards or astrology or numerology.

When you are first learning to open your psychic senses it can be overwhelming to open to feelings and impressions and visions and messages that don't make a lot of sense to you yet; learning to use a divination tool can help to keep you grounded and focused. Because of this, I don't insist on it, but I do encourage, all of my students (including you) to reach out and learn one or more tools to augment their ability.
